My IT Team will implement the MIT Monitoring System (MITMS) to monitor all servers for availability and performance incidents. My IT Team will perform all basic monitoring and maintenance on an as-needed basis. My IT Team will also perform full system administration, problem remediation and root cause analysis on all server issues. Server patching will be scheduled on a monthly basis and in line with best practice. My IT Team will escalate to OEM vendors using the customer's existing OEM support contracts.
