Overview

Many of the My IT Team services and solutions are included within our Managed IT Service offerings to provide a rich and comprehensize set of solutions for your IT needs.

Server Management

My IT Team will implement the MIT Monitoring System (MITMS) to monitor all servers for availability and performance incidents. My IT Team will perform all basic monitoring and maintenance on an as-needed basis. My IT Team will also perform full system administration, problem remediation and root cause analysis on all server issues. Server patching will be scheduled on a monthly basis and in line with best practice. My IT Team will escalate to OEM vendors using the customer's existing OEM support contracts.

Support coverage for all servers will be 24x7x365.

Database Management

Maintaining this data to enhance performance, ensure availability, and protect it from cyber-attacks is critical and requires experienced management. My IT Team's Database Management Service provides 24x7x365 monitoring and management of your database environment, agnostic of technology (SQL/NoSQL) and deployment (on premise, cloud, relational database service [RDS]), and is fueled by our IT governance framework.

As a part of our solution, you receive a named DBA lead, who drives this framework to ensure the continuous tuning of your databases, as well as the implementation and review of cybersecurity best practices against your company’s industry-specific compliance mandates. You get coverage, proactive database optimization, and cybersecurity protection—all in one.

Network Management

My IT Team’s System Monitoring & Management is a 24x7x365 service in which we proactively manage your infrastructure and IT environment to make sure it’s in a healthy state and stays that way. What does a healthy state mean? It means a reduction in downtime through early detection and remediation of issues. It means a managed and controlled environment with full reporting and accountability. And it means an increase in your end-user productivity through system availability, efficiency, and performance.

Depending on your needs and comfort level, we have several options:

  • Level 0 Monitoring | Basic monitoring with all alerts escalated to your team directly. My IT Team provides the monitoring tools and resources, and your team completes all corrective actions.
  • Level 1 Management | We handle your server patch management as well as network circuit management.
  • Level 2 Management | My IT Team handles your system administration, problem remediation, and root cause analysis, as well as the performance tuning of your environment
